- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Top off all fluid levels and tire pressures. Vacuum the inside of the vehicle. Perform basic safety inspection.
- TIRE ROTATION AND REPROGRAMMING
- FRONT DRIVERS SIDE TEMPERATURE ACTUATOR IS MAKING NOISE. THE TECHNICIAN MANUAL MOVED THE ACUATOR BACK THEN CALIBRATED IT WITH THE SCAN TOOL. NOW THE NOISE IS GONE. THE REAR CONTROL UNIT MAY CONTROL THE FRONT? THE TECH IS NOT SURE, IF IT DOES THE FRONT MAY LOSE ITS CALIBRATION AND CLICK AGAIN. CUSTOMER IS AWARE. DOES NOT WANT TO REPAIR THE REAR UNIT OR ACUATOR.
- WHEEL BEARING – Remove & Replace – Rear,One Side – [Includes: Replace Inner and/or Outer Bearings, Cups, Seals and repack (where applicable).]
- LABOR TO INSTALL FRONT RIGHT CAMBER BOLTS
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check caster and camber angles and adjust as required. Check and set toe-in as required. Center steering wheel. Limited labor warranty 30 day on Alignments.
