SCANNED DATA AND TEST DROVE WITH SCAN TOOL. DATA WAS ALL WORKING LIKE IT SHOULD. MISFIRE WAS NOT PRESENT ON DRIVE. IN THE SHOP SCOPED ENGINE AND ALL OF THE DATA WAS SHOWING THE MISFIRE CALCULATION WERE WHERE THEY NEED TO BE, NO ABNORMAL READING WHILE HERE. WITH THE MILEAGE AT 131308 IT IS RECOMMENDED THE VEHICLE HAVE THE SPARK PLUGS REPLACED. THIS IS WHERE THE FIRST MAINTENANCE SHOULD START.

TEST DROVE VEHICLE TO TRY TO DUPLICATE THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT AND FELT THE ISSUE. BROUGHT INTO THE SHOP AND PUT ON A HOIST FOR INSPECTION. UPON INSPECTION FOUND THE DRIVERS SIDE FRONT BRAKE PAD BRACKET HAD SOMETHING STICKY ON IT. THE STAINLESS BRACKET WAS MOVING BACK AND FORTH. CLEANED THIS STICKY SUBSTAINCE UP AND LUBRICATED THE BRAKE HARDWARE AND PINS. DID NOT FIND THIS ISSUE WITH THE PASSENGER SIDE. RE DROVE THE VEHICLE AND THAT SEEMED TO SOLVE THE ISSUE. THE VEHICLE HAS NEWER PADS BUT THE ROTORS ARE NOT THERE IS ALSO A PULSATION FROM THE ROTORS ON THE TEST DRIVE. NOTICED THE DRIVERS SIDE AXLE SEAL IS LEAKING.
