    • TEST DROVE VEHICLE TO HEAR CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT AND THE TECHNICIAN DID VERIFY THE NOISE. PUT ON HOIST TO DO INSPECTION. FOUND THE SHIELD WAS LOOSE, RE ATTACHED BUT PART OF THE SHIELD WAS REMOVED. IT STILL MAY CAUSE SOME NOISE BECAUSE THE MIDDLE SECTION DOES HANG LOWER. MOST OF THE MOST IS THE VTC ACTUATOR. IT MAKES NOISE AT COLD START BUT WHILE DRIVING YOU CAN HEAR IT. WOULD RECOMMEND AS REGULAR MAINTENANCE THIS BE REPLACED. WHEN REPLACED THE SPARK PLUGS WOULD BE DONE AT THIS TIME. RECOMMEND TRANSMISSION DRAIN AND FILL AND REAR DIFFERENTIAL SERVICE WHICH CUSTOMER HAD SUGGESTED. OVERALL THE VEHICLE LOOKS VERY WELL MAINTAINED. CUSTOMER HAS TAKEN CARE OF THE TRANSMISSION SERVICE. SHE HAS APPROVED WORK.
